JSON-VIEW does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or sensitive information.

2. In-Browser Data Processing

The extension operates strictly locally within your browser environment:

  • Parsing and Visualization: When a URL returns a JSON data payload via a GET request, JSON-VIEW parses this content locally to render it into an interactive dashboard view.

  • JSON Editing: Any edits made to the JSON structure occur entirely within the browser’s local memory. JSON-VIEW does not send, sync, or persist these changes to any external server or proprietary database.

  • Client-Side Execution: All data handling, formatting, and rendering take place solely on the client side inside the active browser tab, with zero data transfer to AppNodo servers.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

JSON-VIEW does not use cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons, or third-party analytics tools of any kind.

4. Third-Party Links and Services

The extension interacts only with the external URLs you choose to visit or query in your browser. AppNodo exercises no control over, and assumes no liability for, the content, security practices, or data returned by external endpoints and websites.

5. Data Security

Because JSON-VIEW neither stores nor transmits data to external servers, there is no risk of data interception or breaches originating from our infrastructure. The security of the processed JSON data depends entirely on the security (HTTPS) of the visited URLs and the local device environment.
